Florent Bodart

Florent Bodart is a French illustrator renowned for his whimsical artworks that intertwine nature, technology, and vintage aesthetics.

Raised in a family of artists and violin makers, he naturally gravitated toward creative expression.

His creative process is a harmonious blend of traditional and digital techniques. He often starts with hand-drawn sketches using mediums like watercolor, gouache, pens, and pencils, which he then digitizes and colorizes in Photoshop. This fusion results in unique, sometimes surrealistic illustrations that are rich in color and detail.

Bodart's inspirations stem from his love for urban life, nature, animals, and vintage design, leading to a diverse portfolio that includes graphic posters of vintage cars, imaginative animal illustrations, and stylized cityscapes.
