Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, including if you change your mind. Returns are free: we cover the cost of return shipping. This offer also applies to discounted items, prints and frames.

To start a return, email info@decollective.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to return it. Please do not send it to us before contacting us so we can give you the correct return address and label.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of it and package it securely for the return. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Your legal rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are unaffected by this 30-day return offer.

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to return. We may wait until we receive the item or you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first. We will use your original payment method. If you return the whole order, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost; any extra amount paid for a faster delivery method is not refunded. No refund fee applies. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
