About the artist
Alison Martin
Alison Martin is a watercolour painter and illustrator in Calgary, Alberta (Canada) near the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Alison creates watercolour art and retro inspired hand lettered works that are perfect wall decor, stationery items or home accessories for foodies. She hopes her art finds a place with those who are excessively fond of eating and drinking or anyone else whose way to their heart is through their stomach!
When Alison isn't running local workshops or creating work for her amazing clients she's busy refining her skills in the studio. You can also find her trying new food & drink recipes in the kitchen or searching for a flight to go visit new inspiring places. Alison splits her time between her home studio in Canada and her travels to Barcelona, Spain where she gets even more inspiration for her work.
